Our 5000 sq ft. space is nestled right in Toronto's Entertainment District. Drop is outfitted with a fully-equipped personal training studio, expansive group fitness studio, inviting lobby, curated retail space, and modern bleacher seating for all our guests. There are four treatment spaces offering all of our athletic rehabilitative services.

LEGS & BOOTY

You can do it put your A$$ into it! Squats, Lunges, Thrusts & More. Start your week off with this Lower Body pump & Boxing circuit.

CHEST, BACK & ABS

My Neck. My Back. My Chest and my 6ix Pack. The ultimate torso builder with a strength circuit dedicated to building your pecs, back and core. This class will leave you floating like a butterfly and stinging like a bee.

SHOULDERS & ARMS

Get that dirt off your SHOULDERS. Biceps, Triceps and Delts - the GREATEST upper body circuit to compliment those hooks and uppercuts on the bag.

BOOTY & ABS

Our personal favourite day. We got crunches and squats mixed with jabs and hooks. This class is on fire!

FULL BODY

Weekend Warriors. We bring together our favourite circuits of the week and design the perfect full body mash up. This class will leave your whole body buzzing.
